Tooth and Mouth Problems

Still after 40 days of lower wisdom tooth extraction, I have stiffness and little swelling in neck.. How much time needed to subside this?

Dr has advised extraction of right side wisdom tooth .what if it is left as it is .It is not helping in any way.grateful for advice thanks

I accidentally chewed on a piece of a stone in rice yesterday and hurt my first molar tooth both on the lower and upper jaw. Now it's difficult to chew anything, be it soft or hard and the gum has swollen up. Brushing is painful too. Even if both my upper jaw teeth and lower jaw teeth touch each other it's paining. Could anyone please suggest what medicines i can take to reduce the pain and the infection? It's terrible!
