Looking at the picture , it seems to be geographic tongue. However ,without doing a thorough examination , not knowing the past medical and dental history, a dentist can not prescribe any medication. You should visit a dentist and get a physical examination done.
Next Steps
Get a thorough examination done by a dentist. It will help the dentist to rule out the exact cause .

Hi Our tongue is generally covered with pinkish white papillae which in your case have eroded in a small patch. Looking at the picture attached it seems like geographic tongue which normally resolves on its own.
Next Steps
Do consult a dentist for further evaluation.
Health Tips
Try to abstain from spicy and hot food.
