Tongue patch
Hi i have vitamin b12 @ 163.7 i got on my tongue crack on the both side of my tongue it doesnt pain but at the tongue both side it been like white patch and crack on the tongue on both side i am having from almost 1 month crack are getting healing very slow but white bump or patch is taking time any idea how long does it take to heel

VitaminB12 level should b between 200 to 900. U have severe deficiency. There r vitamin B12 injections available in d market. So consult a physician and get those course of medications. The cracks in d tongue will heal but there might be added fungal infection for which some mouth washes r available, but u have to visit a dentist for a thorough checkup

Just try to apply dologel or hexigel and the tongue for about three weewks. Try not to spit or intake of water for half n hour
