Bleeding gums has various reasons , such as Vitamin C deficiency , aggressive brushing , gum disease due to plaques accumulation.
If the reason is due to Vitamin C deficiency then you must consult the dentist and start taking the vitamin c supplements , home remedies won't work in this case .
If cause of bleeding is due to plaque accumulation , then you must do warm saline rinses and flossing to keep the health of your gums intact.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist as soon as possible and get a correct diagnosis done.
