Local anesthesia as the name suggests is injected only at the site indicated for treatment to block all sensory supply to that region making the procedure very comfortable for the patient. Usually takes 2 to 3 hrs to wear off. Only a certain amount of anesthetic solution is given which is safe and does not cause any side effects. Signs that your numbness is going away is an indication of the senses returning back. So there is nothing to worry about.
Next Steps
Since wisdom tooth extraction is done , kindly follow all instructions given by the dentist. Take the medication prescribed. Maintain oral hygiene using warm saline rinses or betadine. Visit your dentist for a followup.

You don't need to worry about the anaesthesia reaction as it has been more than three hours now , which is sufficient time for the effect to go away. Consequently , lowering the chances of any side effect which is infact already pretty meagre when it comes to local anaesthesia administration.
Hi
Relax ,nothing to worry about,as the anesthesia effect is already gone, there'll be no complications as this is local anaesthesia it gives numbness to the desired region only.
Sending healthy vibes, on your way for a speedy recovery!
