Yes, local anesthesia (LA) is generally safe for patients with liver cirrhosis when used in controlled amounts. Antibiotics are not always needed for RCT, and if required, liver-safe options can be given. Materials used in RCT or composite fillings do not affect the liver as they stay within the tooth.
