At this age of yours it’s better to go with Ceramic / porcelain crowns ( cap) . Any crowns be it metal or ceramic lasts for 10-12 years at least , depending on your care .

All ceramic or all porcelain crown is the best option. Some people have metal allergy. Ceramic fused to metal or porcelain fused to metal have more strength than all ceramic.
