Do i need to get upper wisdom teeth removed after i got lower removed even if no pain in upper teeth .

Yes, its good to do it together... your upper wisdom teeth will migrate downwards gradually after the removal of your lower wisdom teeth

You may extract if it's not helping in biting or if its erupted in the wrong direction . It may erupt into your gums if your lower teeth are removed over time.You can remove it when symptomatic too.

Yes because upper wisdom tooth will over erupt.
It’s a useless tooth.Go for extraction.
