Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have mild tooth pain for last 3 days ...yesterday I visited neat by clinic ...they told 2 teeth have cavity ...tomorrow she told me to come for cleaning and then she told me to do tooth filling for two teeth ... i will do root canal or filling which is good one ...one cavity teeth I have no pain and sensation and other one is mild sensation and mild pain ...I have pain and sensation in my lower teeth also there is no cavity in that teeth

Difficulty in mastication , drinking water and talking History of chronic smoker and chronic alcohol user . Photo of ulcer is attached .

Today I done my tooth cleaning ( FIRST TIME)... too much sensitivity and mild pain in my lower teeths is normal .?

I have facial pain alternatively right and left side...i have no pain while hitting third molar or any teeth by the doctor...is my nerves touching wisdom tooth ..what is the problem ..???

My age is 30 years. On sat i did teeth scaling and on Sunday i did tooth filling for 4 teeths. Doctor said my cavity is deep in 1 teeth. I felt pain fter the filling and was alright for 3 days. Nearly after 2 and half months has tendrness in chin.. So i went to dentist and he said re infection may be occured and that tooth was on mandibular nerve. Is that true re infection when soft tissue has covered socket and socket healing.
