Tooth extraction
My 2and last tooth in upper jaw is shaking and is breaking into pieces.. Tartar is entire formed in the teeth and spreading you other teeth. I have been asked to do tooth extraction. Is that the right recommendation. Looking for second opinion if any

Hi If your tooth is severely damaged and has a limited tooth structure left ,then that's the only option,followed by implants or bridge.
