Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have the question in attachment. It's regarding the detection of tooth caries cavities. How to detect it correctly. I have attached the ss of previous question with opg this time

Dear Doctors, I'm very confused right now regarding caries/cavities in my teeth. I have consulted 3 dentists till now and everyone has a different option on it. One said it's present in 3, the other said 5, & the last one said  7. Is it possible to detect objectively, the number. of teeth affected by caries?? Please find attachment of the constitution prescription slip & X-Ray OPG. PS: Can't attach more than 2 docs

I have gaps between teeth.but I don't want to use braces for long time(>4 months).Can you please suggest some treatments?what about invisible ones & ceramic ones?also what about other methods which doesn't involve braces

How long after completing invisalign treatment do you have to wear retainers? For how many months? Is it to be worn whole day or at night only? When can you stop wearing them?

I have heard that clear aligners cost around 80k to 3 lakhs or so. Some places I have read that it costs 1.5 per arch. I am very confused as I may needed braces treatment and was thinking of Invisalign. Can someone shed some light on this. Is 1.5-2 lakh the total cost of treatment or the cost of only one arch? Also, is Invisalign faster in getting results than traditional braces?

Respected Sir or mam Im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad mostly I take lots of care. Of mine mouth and toungue hygine I do brush 2 time in a day and do paradontox mouthwash 1 time in a day and do tongue cleaning by a back of a tooth brush im sharing u mine toungue pic plz check i don't know what is that side of mine toungue plz check and say it is healthy pink or not Mostly I alao do flosing with a.
