Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have told to remove wisdom tooth. I m running out of budget. What to do what is written on my case paper.

My blood sugar fasting is 116 and total serum bilrubin 1.74.I have to extract my tooth due to decay and pain. Can I extract my tooth

Wisdom tooth with cyst tumur removal can bone heal as my doctor said on your age it will heal He gave no medicine Only 14 days becosule and chymoral After 1 month swelling is minimiseing but Increase in morning and felling tight on bottom and in between is it normal Limited mouth opening swelling till now after 34days No pain only swelling outer swelling almost gone limited mouth opening inside swelling *misalignment of teeth or jaw little bit biting problem as my mouth opening little less then 2 finger Both previous and after surgery image

After bracket placement for lower teeth.. my orthodontist put cement(or something ) on my last lower teeth .. and now this is gap after closing my teeth. I am not able eat/ chew anything. Please suggest what can I do. Or what can I ask to my dentist to help me with it?

As shown in the image I have already done RC treatment and joint crown on the marked tooths 4 years before. Now for tha past 4 days on crown connected area Gum is continuously decreasing but there is no pain at all. please suggest me any drugs to stop this gum decreasing.

Does gentamicin 80mg injection twice a day for 7 days with 12 hrs gap between two dosage safe ? I have seen various articles stating it causes kidney damage, hearing loss etc. I am concerned and seek medical advice.

My right side lower wisdom tooth has not erupted and it is inside the gum. And since few days, below my ear when i put my finger with some pressure and open my mouth, that time it feels sore. I went to an ENT yesterday, she said it will resolve automatically but it's there since 1-2 week. Is it possible that the wisdom tooth itself is not paining but creating enough pressure to cause that soreness nearby? Two years back when my upper molar was removed. After 2-3 weeks, i tried putting air in my right cheek, that time it felt like air went inside my cheek and such pain was there. But later it resolved itself, or mybe i had zerodol mr. And can this condition also cause superficial cervical lymph node to swell as well?

A weird noise comes from my left jaw when I open my mouth and try to move the jaw from left to right. It doesn't happen on the right jaw. I dont have any pain during this
