Hi as mentioned since the filling is done to close the gap you my feel like something is stuck there but it's normal to feel that way.
You can floss the region to remove any excess filling material or any food particles getting wedged inbetween the filling.
Tenderness if it aggravates or becomes pain it is something of concern and needs an assessment.
If discomfort persists for more than two or three days kind visit for a checkup.
Next Steps
Maintain oral hygiene.
Floss and brush normally.
Do not bite anything hard with the front tooth filling.
Some sort of uneasiness/discomfort after any dental procedure is normal for 5-7 days.
But if persists beyond, than do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation.
