Does all superficial cavity need to be filled or it can be reminerilised? I have a superficial cavity that has black spots. So i need to get it filled or a proper oral hygiene will make it go away? I did xray there was no loss in enamel

There is a possibility of pit and fissure.
If there is a catch point then:
1. Go for pit and fissure sealant to prevent it from further development.
2. Use mouthwash which promotes recalcification.
