Better to have soft and semi-solid food items. But you can have food as per your choice (if you are able to eat without pain). Maintain oral hygiene. Do Warm saline rinses.

You can have soft food items that are less spicy and nothing hard or sharp that can irritate the healing socket.
Next Steps
You can rinse very lightly using a mouthwash/ betadine gargles after every meal.
Health Tips
Avoid eating something very hot or something which causes a lot of biting pressure to be applied while chewing for the next 2-3 days.
