Tooth and Mouth Problems

I amin  depression  since 4 year what due to fear of to loss my tooth sir please help sucidal thought are coming continuously in my mind because people are making fun of me

Also, with soft toothbrush teeth don't get cleaned properly but soft toothbrush is important for sensitive gums. What can be done in that case?

I have a gap on right bottom side next to wisdom tooth.there is no support for crown hence Dr suggested implant.i need advice on whether it is ok to do ahead for implant and if there are any dangers thanks

I accidentally chewed on a piece of a stone in rice yesterday and hurt my first molar tooth both on the lower and upper jaw. Now it's difficult to chew anything, be it soft or hard and the gum has swollen up. Brushing is painful too. Even if both my upper jaw teeth and lower jaw teeth touch each other it's paining. Could anyone please suggest what medicines i can take to reduce the pain and the infection? It's terrible!
