Tmj disorder after braces treatment
I developed tmj symptoms after braces treatment with two premolar extraction. There is constant discomfort and jaw pain, what should I do now?

Muscle relaxants alongwith corticosteroids and physiotherapy to be done. Dietary instructions to be followed. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions.

Better to have soft/semi solid food. Avoid wide opening of mouth. Do visit a local oral medicine specialist/ Oral and maxillofacial surgeon for physical evaluation.
