First of all , don't panic , it's okay and it's good that you booked an appointment immediately . The cement used to fix the crown might have loosened off which can be corrected by refixing the crown . Also, like you mentioned that 4 years back you got the zirconia crowns fixed, these crowns are very hard and durable, will last a very long time . While fixing your crown , the dentist must have assessed your teeth , if it's strong enough to bear a crown , therefore don't be so worried .
Next Steps
Visit a dentist as soon as possible and get a correct diagnosis done.

Hello Zirconia crowns are very hard and durable and will last a very long time. However if it is fitted over unhealthy teeth or fitted improperly then over a period of time the inner tooth can degrade. This needs a xray for further assessment. A physical visit to a Prosthodontist is advised to assess why the loosening is happening. If the teeth(and the attached crowns) can be salvaged or not can only be determined after bite analysis (occlusion analysis) and Xrays

Hi please get a checkup maybe the cement used to fix the crowns has loosened off making you feel like they are moving. Since you are giving no other history and you are saying that root canals have already been done and recently changed crowns, definitely the doctor would have done an assessment before fixing the crowns if there are any issues with the teeth. Don't panic. Crowns coming off is normal. You just need to get them recemented back. Also make sure you follow all instructions given by the dentist after getting them fixed.
Next Steps
When there are multiple crowns and fillings it is always better to get a follow-up yearly once just to ensure everything is intact and in good condition. Be careful not to bite anything very hard until you get the checkup done.

Hi Do not worry about it,you can take an x-ray to rule out a fractured tooth,if there is no fracture re-cementation can be done to fix it. Reasons:- Trauma. Brittle tooth. Clenching habits Any interference while setting of cement
Next Steps
Kindly visit nearby dental surgeon for physical examination and evaluation
Health Tips
Refrain yourself from biting, wiggling crowns
