Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello doctor. I've tooth lower right side tooth pain from 1 week. I visited to dentist & Dr touch my painful teeth ( that time teeth was paining while touching) & gave kerotol dt & moxkind cv 625. After taking medicine for 4 days no pain or ache but today notice right side cheek swelling but no pain.

I have kind of yellow teeth and tartar build up please suggest toothpaste or any other remedies which i can apply

I have done root canal and teeth extraction can I take ketroheal dt 10 mg as pain killer replacement of ketrol dt tablet kindly advise

Can I use an antibiotic tablet Zextil 325 since I got root canal and teeth extraction is it okay to take this tablet as doctor is not reachable kindly advise urgently

Since fee weeks i see this are which is encircled is getting hurt on and off. I mean sometimes i feel a tingling feeling like ulcer has come up or feels like i have bitten that area., that kind of tingling when it gets touched with the teeth. Then it reduces and comes back again in a few days or so. What is this? Some kind of infection? If i see it on mirror hardly anything is visible, but when i rub that area on my teeth it feels as if there is some growth(like ulcer) there. Pls help. Is this vitamin deficiency?

Minor cavity development on the lower teeth. Are there any home remedies which can reverse the effect of these cavities. I use to take gutka and also alcohol I cannot eat spicy food. So I visited doctor and he has told it was moderate osmf and has given me tab sm fibro. I was very much scared will I get cancer what to do is the disease curable or reverseable please kindly help and give a proper advice

Dear sir I was diagnosed with OSMF i used to chew tobacco and take alcohol quite often doctor sai that I have OSMF so I was very much tensed is it cancer he told moderate OSMF is it curable is it reversible kindly help to get a proper treatment.
