f you have a tooth that is only partially erupted or impacted, meaning it has not fully come out of the gums, and it is causing pain, it is advisable to consult a dentist. The dentist will examine the tooth and may recommend different treatment options based on the specific situation. In some cases, if the tooth is causing significant pain or if there is a risk of infection or damage to neighboring teeth, the dentist may recommend removing the tooth. Wisdom tooth extraction is a common procedure for impacted teeth, but other teeth can also be extracted if necessary. If the tooth can be saved and there is sufficient space for it to come out properly, the dentist may suggest orthodontic treatment, such as braces or aligners, to help guide the tooth into the correct position. It's important to have a professional evaluation to determine the best course of action for your specific situation. I recommend scheduling an appointment with a dentist as soon as possible to address the pain and discuss the available treatment options.

Whether to remove the teeth or not, completely depends upon the position of the eruption of the tooth , the space available in the jaw. If it is erupting in an upright position, then we can go for operculectomy , but if the tooth is erupting in some other manner and there is lack of space for it in the jaw , then one must get it extracted otherwise it will cause lot of discomfort and pain.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get a thorough examination done .

Hi We have two options for wisdom teeth. 1)OPERCULECTOMY 2)EXTRACTION FULL MOUTH X RAY IS REQUIRED TO SEE THE POSITION OF THE TOOTH. 1)If the tooth has sufficient space to erupt OPERCULECTOMY can be done. 2)If there is insufficient space in jaw,or if your tooth is in different positions apart from normal position then it has to be removed.
Next Steps
FULL MOUTH X RAY IS REQUIRED TO SEE THE POSITION OF THE TOOTH.
