Tooth and Mouth Problems

I've had some swelling in one of my tooth and it's hurting... Any idea what could this be? I haven't brushed my teeth because I'm scared I'll worsen it. I've attached the picture.

My front teeth were root canal treated 20 years back..I was using zirconia caps.. it was looking very good and I was feeling so happy..recently due to unexpected circumstances and un known reason my teeth broken off inside crown. Tooth structure not enough to put cap again...on advice of senior dentist got extracted and implant process going on..I'm very much shocked at loosing 2 from teeth at such a young age..huge amount if money spent on this treatment. After extraction  im shocked to see I mirror how it looks.. What is the life of root canal treated teeth ? Usually after many years do RCT teeth cause problems?What is they life of implant? I'm wondering if more care had been taken my root canal teeth wouldn't have broken ? How many years implant will last ? Is it correct decision to go for implant?

I have been advised to take Augmentin Duos 625 - three times a day for 5 days, for tooth infection. Alongside that I am asked to take Pan D in the morning to avoid indigestion. However previously I have got extreme constipation once any antibiotics course gets over. Although my dentist didn't suggest any prebiotic, I have bought a strip of Vizylac. Will it help and can I consume both Pan D as well as the prebiotic? And what dosage should I follow. Your advice will greatly help. Thanks.

I'm 25 by now, I heard from so many peoples that scaling and polishing can cause gum issue and other problems. So, Should I go with cleaning and polishing. My teeth don't have so many plaque, they are normal for now. So, please guide me regarding this. I don't want to go through regret situation after scaling and polishing.

What is this bump on my lip . its white and bluish in colour. Earlier also i had some transparent bump inside the lower lip are which settled after two days but it is there for two weeks. its not causing any problem no pain no redness  and soft to touch like it moves when i open my mouth fully stretching lips it does not show. i visited dentist 1 0 days back . he gave me b complex tablets.and ask to gargle with salt water. is it something to worry about.

Hi Doctor, I have a slight swelling or lump behind my upper teeth in my mouth. I don't know it's a lump or something else. It pains only when I touch it otherwise no difficulty is there. Can anyone tell me what kind of problem is this?
