Chewing tobacco products generally numb your gums and lips from the inner side so you don't feel anything while you are using it. Once you stop chewing and the numbness goes then you start feeling the damage it has done to your mouth.
Next Steps
Consult on practo for medicine.
Health Tips
Avoid alcohol, smoking, hot and spicy food.

It's great that you have stopped chewing gutka, as it can have negative effects on your health. However, it's not uncommon to experience certain symptoms after quitting, especially if you were a long-term user. The pain and sores you are experiencing in your inner lips could be due to the irritation caused by the chemicals and substances present in gutka. These symptoms may take some time to heal as your body adjusts to the absence of gutka. The white dots you mentioned could be a condition called leukoplakia, which is characterized by thickened, white patches on the mucous membranes of the mouth. Leukoplakia can be caused by chronic irritation, such as that from gutka, and it is important to have it evaluated by a healthcare professional. They can provide a proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment if necessary. Regarding the loss of taste and burning sensation, it's possible that your taste buds and oral tissues have been affected by the gutka use. Again, it may take some time for these symptoms to improve as your body recovers. It is strongly recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional, such as a dentist or an oral medicine specialist, who can examine your mouth and provide appropriate guidance. They will be able to assess the specific condition of your mouth and provide you with the best advice and treatment options. In the meantime, it can be helpful to maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth regularly and using a soft-bristled toothbrush. Avoiding spicy, acidic, and irritating foods may also help alleviate some of the discomfort.
