Hi The correct specialist for your problem is an Oral medicine and diagnosis and radiology (OMDR) person. Recurring ulcers are indicators of deeper problems. Only visit a specialist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Without visual examination and some blood tests it is very difficult to give treatment options for your condition.

In your case, it is advisable to consult a dentist who specializes in oral medicine. These specialists have in-depth knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and treating oral conditions, including mouth ulcers. They can evaluate your specific situation, conduct a thorough examination, and provide a targeted treatment plan tailored to your needs. During your consultation, the dentist will assess various factors such as the location, frequency, and duration of your mouth ulcers. They may also consider your medical history and any underlying factors that could contribute to the recurring ulcers. By gathering this information, the dentist will be able to diagnose the root cause of your condition and recommend an appropriate course of action. In the meantime, there are a few steps you can take to alleviate your discomfort. Maintain good oral hygiene by gently brushing your teeth and tongue twice a day with a soft-bristle toothbrush. Avoid spicy and acidic foods that can irritate the ulcers. Additionally, you can rinse your mouth with a saltwater solution or over-the-counter antiseptic mouthwash to promote healing.
