You must visit an oral maxillofacial surgeon or a dentist for the thorough examination , because the pain seems to be pretty intense according to your description . Causes can be many, such as , dry socket , fragment of teeth still left in the socket , insufficient oral hygiene maintenance .
Next Steps
Visit a dentist as soon as possible and get a correct diagnosis done.

It's not uncommon to experience some discomfort and difficulty sleeping after wisdom teeth removal. However, persistent pain and other symptoms such as throbbing pain in the front tooth gum, cheekbone, and ear on the right side should be addressed by a dental professional. I recommend contacting your dentist or oral surgeon who performed the wisdom teeth removal to discuss your symptoms. They will be able to evaluate your condition and determine if there are any complications or issues that need to be addressed. In the meantime, you can try the following to manage your discomfort: Pain relief: Follow the post-operative instructions provided by your dentist or oral surgeon for pain management. Over-the-counter pain medications can help alleviate the pain, but consult with your healthcare provider or pharmacist for appropriate recommendations. Ice packs: Applying an ice pack to the affected area can help reduce swelling and provide temporary relief. Oral hygiene: Follow proper oral hygiene practices, including gentle brushing and rinsing with a warm saltwater solution as advised by your dentist. Avoid brushing the surgical site directly to prevent irritation. Soft diet: Stick to a soft diet and avoid hard or chewy foods that can irritate the surgical site. Remember, it's important to consult with your dental professional to receive proper guidance and treatment tailored to your specific situation. They will be able to provide the best advice based on their examination and assessment of your symptoms.
