Based on detailed clinical history, treatment can be given. It's tmj dislocation with disc displacement. Corticosteroids along with muscle relaxants has to be taken. Physiotherapy and dietary instructions to be followed. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions. OPG xray has to be taken to confirm diagnosis.

Your dentist can provide you a splint for jaw alignment.. 1.Splint Will improve jaw function so it can move smoothly.. 2.if you will wear splint it will change your bite and jaw positions so that a new permanent jaw position will be established!! Thank you
