You appear to have TMJ Syndrome ie. pain & stress in the joint that opens & closes the mouth. This is also associated with a click sound. The metallic taste in the mouth could be the side effect of a medication, vitamin that you may be taking or due to gum disease especially if you have some bleeding of the gums during brushing.
Next Steps
Since you are unable to go to the dentist during these times I would advice you to avoid opening the mouth wide. Avoid hard food or those that require wide mouth opening eg pani Puri, burger, toasted sandwich. Use a spoon instead of hand to eat your food. If the discomfort is too much you can take a muscle relaxant like Myospas Forte twice daily for 5 days. For the metallic taste do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day . Massage the gums with Stolin gum paint twice daily. Check any medication that you are taking. Please contact your dentist as soon as the lockdown is over. She will need to X-ray your teeth. Probably make a night guard for you . Teach you exercises to relax your jaw& probably do a cleaning of your teeth.
