Tooth and Mouth Problems

My mother's age is 71, she currently doesn't have any tooth. I want to get her tooth through dental implants. We went to nearby clinic and they gave cost of nearly 2 lack 50 thousand and asked for 6 months time to set everything. Can someone guide me the best approach, best treatment I can take for my mothers dental implants, currently we are in banglore mahadevapura area,native is vishakhapatnam Andhra pradesh. We are fine to take treatment in either of these cities

I have attached my lower tooth pic, Last week, i visited my locality dentist for an infection. My tooth was opened, and  cotton was filled for one week. Later, the sealing was done. But when I see my tooth, I feel like it's still needs to be sealed properly. Could anyone help me know whether this filling is ok or shud I go for another treatment?

Since the past two days, I am having throbbing toothache in my front 2 teeth.. i have some enamel erosion- the lower enamel is eroded, pain is constant and is not affected by what I eat or drink .. 8 months ago i had the same problem but with more tooth sensitivity- rct was done- i want to know if pulp n nerve has been removed with rct then how can the teeth be in pain? Will i need RCT again or some other treatment.. I dont have sensitive teeth right now. Can eat n drink cold n hot stuff

Hi doctor, As per my dentist advice I have removed my wisdom teeth on both side of my mouth. And I came to know there has been stiches laid on the same area. Almost three weeks done. Now I have no pain in my mouth. Is it necessary to remove the stitches or it will fall as it is. I am afraid if it will pain? Pleasa advice.

Bad breath issues constantly. Usage of mouth wash is only aggregating the dryness and bad breath. There is gum/ tooth pain occasionally but not constantly. Tongue color has turned into white looking a coating over the tongue. Both mouth and lips turn extremely dry. Looking for a solution for both dry mouth and bad breath.
