Tooth and Mouth Problems

Tooth 47 always get tartar/ plaque buildup on it. I had deep cleaning twice in the last year. My last deep cleaning (SRP) was 3 weeks ago in December. It was cleaned on that day and now I am seeing tartar buildup on that tooth gum. Only on that tooth gum alone..rest of the teeth are fine and no buildup. I also have lower jaw pain for 4 years and no diagnosis given after MRI and CT. Tooth 46 was removed only because of the jaw pain as Dr wanted to try extraction to see if it helps with jaw pain. As tooth 46 was painful for tapping. Extracted it last year and no changes. Same symptoms persist. Now he is telling me to extract this tooth 47 too.As this tooth 47 /gum hurts if I touch with fingers and hurts for brushing.Gum looks puffy swollen than test of the gums. Only this tooth has this much tartar buildup not others. I am doing deep cleaning every 4 months because of this tooth buildup. It hurts for cleaning too. Within a month,got bad buildup. Do I need to extract this tooth.

I have few canker sorrs in lower gums, since from yesterday my chin aches like while chewing, speaking. Is it because of the canker sores on lower gum or any concerns

From last week I had swelling in gum and some boil/pimple poped out which is hard and no pus is releasing . When I consulted doctor locally the doctor told might be it's from infection of tooth 24 which require rct and the same has been done with tooth 23 and 22 which also had cavity and crown cutting also done but the gum boil is not going .So I want to ask whether it's gum boil or something else and if it's gum boil is it from tooth 25 which was rct treated by doctor in October 2023 . I am attaching photograph.it looks like tooth srtucture is not perfect.because there is no ferrule .if i will chew food then tooth will break because there is no ferrule.please suggest me what should i do now.and what precautions should i take.
