Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had surgical extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth one month back and recovering well. My dentist has prescribed me STOLIN-R Toothpaste. I would like to know does it have any side effects like staining of teeth? How long must it be used?

From last 1 week getting jaw pain left side while mouth opening and also getting radiating pain in normal times in same side. What are cause to jaw pain?

Whenever I drink cold or hot water I feel too much sensitivity in my gums and it spreads to my entire jaw. I went to a dentist but they told it's normal. Pls can someone suggest some toothpaste or medicine?

Second upper molar is not completely extracted.. Did an extraction surgery once but still there is 3/4th of the tooth under the gumline... whom should I consult.. a regular dentist or maxifacial surgeon??

Hi. I underwent surgical extraction of all 4 impacted wisdom teeth one month back. My healing was slow as all 4 were badly impacted and surgery was complicated. Apart from medications I was given Clohex Heal Mouthwash to use for 1 month. Now after a month I am much better and healed very well. However, I am noticing slight staining in my teeth. Is this due to the use of the mouthwash? Apart from going for teeth cleaning, are there any home remedies to reduce staining? Is there any particular medicated toothpaste I can use? Will salt water rinse help? Any other home remedies ? Kindly help.

Respected dentists, I am feeling alot of stress and anxiety because of this .I have this pimple like projection on roof of the mouth .It is not going from one week.it is causing alot of discomfort but there is no pain.previously I pressed it 2 days ago now it again came back.i couldn't understand what it is .I am worried alot .can you please say.I kindly request you . I have noticed a small patch which is red color on both sides of the tongue. It's near the area to the back molars, which is the end of the tongue. I noticed this ten months ago and still having this. It's the same size and to describe how it looks, it looks like the skin of the tongue is peeled and look like patches. It's red in color on both the sides. It burns sometimes. So I avoid hot foods completely. It's been the same since March 2023. I saw a dentist last year for this, but he said it will be back to normal soon. I saw him on March 2023. Didn't prescribe any medicines to me. It's the same patches until now and painful at times. Does it look cancerous? I am scared and getting anxious about it. I tried to take a picture and attached it. Didn't look clear on the picture as it's so further back side of the tongue. Do I need to ask for any biopsy? Is it normal to have patches like this for almost an year? I do have mouth guard to use at night. How to make this patch go away.

I am having dizziness and partial numbness some times in head regions and limbs for brief periods and clicking sounds from jaw i feel overwhelmed and anxious since my wisdom tooth is coming in i also got it scanned opg xray and dr said it coming fine no prob but some times my heartbeat shoots to 170 and comes down fine i also got checked by cardiologist and neurologist they git all test done everything fine with tests so i what to ask if these all symptoms are related to wisdom tooth

Hi. How much time is usually taken for scaling/cleaning/polishing of teeth to remove stains caused by chlorhexidine mouthwash? Can you please explain the procedure to me? Does it require prolonged mouth opening? I have TMJ Disorder due to which I always avoid too much mouth opening. Is there any other remedy apart from teeth cleaning?
