Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello Doctor, Regarding issue of upper short lip which lifts while smiling giving gummy smile appearance. Posting pic here. What is the best way to treat this. Thanks

I m chewing tobacco for 5 years ....2 months before i saw black patches inside my lips where i put tobacco....so i checked with dentist and she told me that it is reversible if i stop using tobacco....but i didn't... now it looks more black and also i stop putting tobacco in one side and that side spots are disappeared...is this melonosis? Is this serious issue? Please suggest me.

My one teeth problem and one doctor suggested teeth removed but I am don't trust this doctor because doctor prescription no show any degree... Please help me
