After root canal can I take voltaren 25 mg 4 times a day? As pain and swelling is there ...what else should I do? When does the pain subside?

I met with an accident in 2018 and lost one teeth. So doctor suggested to go for canine to canine labs 3m crown for upper jaw and lower jaw. I paid extra money for the warranty. Now due to infection that crown got de attached from the jaw. When I went to the hospital what they are saying was after 2020 no warranty can be accepted. Is it the case?

At the end side of my left gum wisdom tooth arising and i feel pain.Please suggest medicine.Gum also inflamed.

Its nearly a month i had my lower wisdom tooth extracted surgically i am having a white whole in the place of extraction along with that some white poky thing is also there maybe a stiff bone kind off thing in the place of extraction can you advice what should be done?? Why do i still feel irritation ( not pain) at the back of my mucosa/ gums after wisdom tooth third molar extraction? The gums are of normal pink colour not inflamed, no dry socket or other complications, but I still feel irritation ! I don't know what's wrong with me.. 13 days post surgery here!

Hello. I want to know does the night guard become loose with time? I have started using it since two weeks only and I think it has become loose and might fall on even though it hasn't.. initially, it was tight and fine. . I'm not sure if I am just over thinking perhaps.. I am worried to be added in the night because I think it might fall down and enter my food pipe./ I haven't been to my dentist because I think that it might be stupid query so I am asking her if you can help me out please

Hi , I noticed my teeth bottom been showing up from the gum both outside and inside, is this normal or is there any issue going on ?attached is the pic of the same

So i have a tender / irritated jaw area which i feel exaggerates after mastication! I hv almost ruled out/ tried everything which could be concerning! 1) extraction of impacted no 38 ( wisdom tooth which was in gums) 2) scaling/ polishing 3) tried a splint/ mouth gaurd 4) grinded my upper teeth ( ruled out cheek biting) 5) changed my old cap in that region Almost everyone related to dental! Showed myself to over 50 dentists.. no tmj/ no lesions/ no cheek biting/ no cavities.. nothing!! Still i feel a stingy sensation in my posterior region! Like if i press i feel that area tender/ tensed / dull pain , sometimes i feel it increases on mastication! What do u all think could be the issue? Its not in my head , so its not that iam making this up ! One thing which I haven't worked on is, my number 36 molar ! I had some issues in that tooth long back & got a new cap now ( year back) but the gums on side are tender, xray shows some bone loss, can that be the reason? Iam stuck
