My father had angioplasty 2 years ago.Now he is suffering from toothache. His molar tooth is affected. He was suffering from toothache 1 month ago but it lasted for a week then disappeared. But from yesterday night the toothache returned. If tooth extraction needed then he needs to stop blood thinner. But his cardiologist suggested not to stop blood thinner more than 2 or 3 days as he had TVCAD ( Really severe blockage) and he also told him to continue aspirin daily. Now what should he do if tooth extraction needed?

Hi
Kindly mention the dosage of blood thinners he’s currently having, then we can decide whether to stop it or not.
Also share any x ray of the infected tooth if possible.
