Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have horizontal line on my two front teeth and my left incisor is shooted upwards and there's a gap between my teeth. What will be the quickest and cheapest way to resolve it. I am sharing the image for better clarity.

This morning while brushing my teeth, I hit my upper right gum with the top part of my plastic toothbrush. It turned out to be a small whitish cluster. It's lightly painful to touch and upon touching the area with my tongue I can feel a very small bump exactly where I got hit. Additionally, my upper and lower gums are kind of greyish black (this was from previous and not related to this incident). Can somebody please help me understand if this is something serious, can this be cancerous and/or what's the right way to proceed now? P.S - Whoever replies, thank you doctor for taking the time out to respond to my question and helping me out of this issue.

Hello doctor I have tongue ulcer. I go to dental checkup. Doctor tell it is due to stomach problem or sharp teeth. It rub betadine on my tongue both side. I accidentally swallow without rinse with water. Is there is any serious issue or not ?? After that I wash my mouth 4 times but there is metallic taste in my mouth. Please suggest dentist use regular betadine which is harmful or mouth betadine..I am in so much stress.

Hi My tooth Ache started wisdom tooth after 2 to 3 days one side Chin feeling like numb but when I touch or pinch it feels as usual pain, I went to dental doctor wisdom teeth and other teeth removed due to Cavity, but still feeling same in that portion right side chin I am bir worried regarding this, is there any neeve damage or anything else . Doctor gave antibiotic for week.. What is the solution for this .
