Hello, this might be due to sharp cusps of your tooth, rounding off the cusps of both maxillary and mandibular molars might help. You can book a consultation with me for further assistance regarding the same.

Hi, No need to worry. The white dot you see is cheek bite mark. Wait for a few days and observe if it reduces. Visit a dentist for a check up and to reduce the sharp edges of the upper wisdom tooth.
