Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi please read, 1. I did deep cleaning of gums a month back because my gums was bleeding on brushing and when I used to kiss my partner 2. I am brushing twice and flossing with water flossed every night and I use mouth wash 3. I did xray and two dentist have told me my gums are perfectly fine and no decay or receding gums. 4. My gums still bleed when I massage them and suck on them but the blood is not as much it used to be like before. 5. I have pseudo gum pockets My question is will this go away now will dental hygiene routine and since it is already a month does it stay for so long. I have revived smoking and I did my blood test I am physically fit and no issues. Please guide!

Day 6 of my impacted wisdom molar extraction and i feel pain ! I have to still take painkillers to feel alright ! Please see the picture, iam worried it could be a dry socket? Or a normal pain following post procedure! I have stiches in my mouth and it was a tough extraction!

I have noticed a gum Flap ( extra skin) covering my last molar ( i guess no 37) ! That extra skin is annoying me! I got my impacted third molar surgically removed and got my stiches removed today! Is this flap/ extra skin on the side of inside cheek normally? If yes when will it heal? Is there anything i or the dentist can do to remove it or help it heal faster? F

My dentist has asked me to get a night guard since my teeth r showing signs of attrition.. i want to know what is the cost of a night guard n will it be comfortable to wear?? Dentist said that without night guard i will end up having severe teeth damage in fee years

Bad smell comes from my mouth . i do brush twice and use Listerine but no relief. I am not able to clean my tongue due to Gag Relux. Please see image of tongue. Is smell because of dirty tongue as tongue is yellow. Please suggest how can my tongue be cleaned and bad smell be removed.Any gargles soln available?

Does local anaesthesia contain adrenaline? I have to go under RCT procedure but m afraid of anaesthesia because I once had severe side effects of adrenaline injection...please guide
