Gum pain!
My molar no 36- I got rct done there many yea ago! The rct looks fine but due to food lodgement for many yrs, i have a bone loss in that area ! Now coming back to 2024, i tried twow expensive ziroconia crowns- one was misfitted( i was v uncomfortable ) the second and the latest one( 6 months) fits well- no high points, bite is proper- BUT i still feel the gums around that area to be tender and pain ful. Due to this pain- I constantly bite my cheeks and create a trauma there! What is the solution? I got best quality crowns( twice) got scaling/ deep cleanings, still i feel the pain !

There may be chance of rct failure..as you told you did rct few years back..the average life of rct is 5-8 years..so I think you should consult dentist and get your x ray done
