Tooth and Mouth Problems

2 months back doctor suggested me to have root canal treatment and he also cleaned my teeth(removed white layer Between teeth)... But after one month my teeth is becoming yellow colour especially incissor and canines part...I never have yellow teeth before... Plz suggest me some natural methods to get my teeth back to white colour

Whenever I eat some hard food like non-veg or whenever I eat sweets, my teeth start hurting for some time. Even when I rinse my mouth in the morning, I still see some very little bloody color ones in morning only. Can't visit doctor right now please suggest me some medicine.

Is DNA appliance available in India?  Because her teeth are extremely retracted after extraction and retraction treatment...her face is shrunken and have no space for tongue...Do DNA appliance improve facial feature?

So I had a dental trauma on 20th january in which a piece of bone while eating mutton got stuck in between two teeth ( lateral incisor 10, and canine 11) all the way up and then I started having throbbing pain in one teeth next day very dirty smell like pus started coming out from that area. and in next 3 days i developed stomach acidity, high bp, fever, headache, pain in lymph nodes in neck, sinusitis. Dentist gave me antibiotics for 5 days and everything was gone. but 2 days later again pus started coming out and i had a serious pain in either of the two teeth I don't know which one. and doctor started rct after dental tapping in canine though I had some minor toothache in 10th number lateral incisor and now that is not present but I do have some bad breaths. And plaque is getting formed on my rest of the teeths which cause minor pain and only after mouthwash they are cleaned and relieved. Doctor still hasn't completed rct and it's been a month.

First of  all thank you. Plz find the attachment and tell me about that white spot in my tongue. I am a teetotaler. Last 10 days i had it. No pain, no irritation etc.

As I wanted to extract my lower left mandibular wisdom tooth ( as seen in opg attached ) .. is there any problem like never damage if this extraction procedure is carried out by an intern or do I go for any surgeon as that  tooth is close to the nerve .
