Wisdom tooth extraction stiches

I had my surgical extraction of wisdom tooth 4 days ago.today i feel that the stiches have become a bit loose and i can see some small hole under the stiches where my tooth was before. I could feel the lossning of stiches through my tounge. The stiches are not disolvable they are scheduled to be removed after 6 more days. Is there any issue
