Tooth and Mouth Problems

Extracted upper 2nd molar 2 weeks back through surgery.. Removed sutures a week back.. Noticed fluid came down through nose once when I sipped water.. No other symptoms and water discharge did happen only once... Will this take time to heal or should I visit the surgeon..

Hi, My gums are bleeding and leave blood when I am sitting. If I suck on my gums hard they bleed again. I have recent don't deep scaling and polishing two days back. I am brushing and flossing as well. But why is my gums bleeding how much time does it take the infection to go away after deep scaling.

I feeling tooth pain at lower and upper left side Morning to night I feel pain. After I woke up I feel completely normal until I have breakfast after breakfast again pain will start Shall I take pain killer. I don't know exactly what kind of pain is this. But pain is not severe as of now.. Can I take this pain killer which is attached

I don't know whether I have it from childhood or developed now. I checked my tongue 4-5 days ago and found this. What's this brownish appearance underneath the tongue. Kindly help me as I am little worried. Also I suffer from health anxiety.

The chemist mistakely gave metrogyl gel 2% instead of metrogly dg gel for using on gum inflammation.. And i used it.. But felt a different taste and so rinsed off and brushed again.. I rinsed several times.. Is it ok to have used it.. I rinsed a lot of times, but since I massaged my gums for few seconds with it, will it cause any side effect..

Hi Doctor, As per my dentist advice i have removed wisdom teeth (conscious extraction) on both side last week due to their croos over growth. There is no pain in that area. But in the front teeth area I can feel higher sensitivity from yesterday in which area my dentist made rough cleaning before the extraction of wisdom teeth. I am using mouth wash dentist preferred for me past one week. Please advice

Severe paining in upper right side teeth it is broken half part by insect and effecting another teeth also and paining in uppar and lower gums and teeths also, please give me the solution what to do or best home remedy to stop pain. Is it safe to remove effected tooth ? Or not ¿

I am experiencing pain in both sides of mouth at night only .pain is manageable now but I feel so irritated ..I have pits in teeth but not cavity what can be the reason ? I am very scared to visit dentist due to dental fear since childhood.
