Tooth and Mouth Problems

When is scaling necessary? Is it okay to have a scaling procedure once a year. I think this way I get a checkup done as well when I visit the dentist.

Hi doctor, After wakeup in the morning and there is blood mixed while spitting. While checked with dentist they told we need to deep clean on mouth also at last two teeth's at either side are in cross position which damaging the nearby teeth, they need to be removed by conscious extraction. Is it necessary to remove them, i am afraid Dentist told they are of no use in Mouth Please advice

White layer in the extracted site.. extracted 6 days back.. Getting sharp pain sometimes inspite of being on antibiotic and pain killers.. Is this normal or should visit my surgeon

I have a cavity on a wisdom tooth...dr suggested to remove it by surgery. But currently i am experiencing some numb feelings around my lips on the same side, and sometimes speech problems, it's like i have to give extra effort to sound correct. I am going to remove this today. But is this related to this tooth or something else ?

Sharp tooth pain in the extraction surgery site post 5 days of tooth extraction.. moderate swelling is still persistent.. Taking pain killers and antibiotic and still pain is not reducing.. doing salt water rinse twice a day.. not sure if I need to revisit the surgeon..

2nd upper molar removed through surgical extraction.. Gums and bones surrounding the tooth was removed and shortened to create visibility.. will those gums and bones grow back..
