My son is 6 years one month old. And few days back he lost one of his tooth, naturally. Now, the tooth next to it is also shaking. And we could see the permanent tooth erupting behind it. Is it a concern? Should we remove the shaky tooth? Is it too eraly for his tooth to fall.
