According to the x-ray there is a micro leakage so go for RCT followed by the crown

Hi ,
As by the photo shared by you , it is found that that the restoration that has been performed , contacts directly with the pulp tissue, that contains nerve and blood vessels . So there remain a chance of causing severe pain.
