I had a small cut while taking putty impression last year for which i took TT. Today i pricked myself with an old used hand file which was kept in a bowl. It was not rusted but there was some dirt and dust in the bowl. Should i take tt again?

All of sudden got tongue sore and burning sensation on tongue.. positions keep changing.. dermatologist advised me it's geographic tongue.. it pains like hell.. can someone help me on this.. wats the permanent cure.. I'm a breastfeedinn mom.. so literally this is killing my peace.. not able to concentrate on my new born..

I have these brown spots on my teeth and I am getting very concerned. I have never had a cavity before nor do I smoke and I don't eat a lot of sugar either. I have been brushing my teeth at-least twice a day for the past 1 year. The spots don't hurt and are on the surface of my premolars & molars.
