Tooth and Mouth Problems

There was infection in my teeth and too much pain.i did 3 days course of antibiotics and pain killer . i am all right now. what should i do now.should i leave  or go for treatment.please advise.

I am 22 yr old female. my lower madibular left wisdom tooth has been advised by dr for extraction. Also there is a cyst formed beside the wisdom tooth . I am having mild pain due to that . Does it effect my nerve after extraction? Is it really necessary to extract that tooth? What consequences I have to face if that tooth hasn't been extracted? I am also attaching my x- ray opg here. Hi Recently I had undergone root canal treatment and the doctor had suggested that they do post and core for crown placement. He had advised me that it is quite normal to have screw and then place the crown. But I have not undergone this kind of procedure previous, so little bit apprehensive. Is it ok to have screw for crown placement and is it the current trend? Thanks
