Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have noticed a small patch which is red color on both sides of the tongue. It's near the area to the back molars, which is the end of the tongue. I noticed this ten months ago and still having this. It's the same size and to describe how it looks, it looks like the skin of the tongue is peeled and look like patches. It's red in color on both the sides. It burns sometimes. So I avoid hot foods completely. It's been the same since March 2023. I saw a dentist last year for this, but he said it will be back to normal soon. I saw him on March 2023. Didn't prescribe any medicines to me. It's the same patches until now and painful at times. Does it look cancerous? I am scared and getting anxious about it. I tried to take a picture and attached it. Didn't look clear on the picture as it's so further back side of the tongue. Do I need to ask for any biopsy? Is it normal to have patches like this for almost an year? I do have mouth guard to use at night. How to make this patch go away.

I am having dizziness and partial numbness some times in head regions and limbs for brief periods and clicking sounds from jaw i feel overwhelmed and anxious since my wisdom tooth is coming in i also got it scanned opg xray and dr said it coming fine no prob but some times my heartbeat shoots to 170 and comes down fine i also got checked by cardiologist and neurologist they git all test done everything fine with tests so i what to ask if these all symptoms are related to wisdom tooth

Hi. How much time is usually taken for scaling/cleaning/polishing of teeth to remove stains caused by chlorhexidine mouthwash? Can you please explain the procedure to me? Does it require prolonged mouth opening? I have TMJ Disorder due to which I always avoid too much mouth opening. Is there any other remedy apart from teeth cleaning?

Hi doctor, I have a deep cavity tooth, which even has a deep hole. I have actually gone to a doctor for extraction 8 years back. She was very experienced doctor. She gave me two injections for anesthesia. I still felt pain so she gave third injection also. I had taken antibiotics for three days and then only gone for the extraction. When the doctor started shaking the tooth to pull I could not bear the pain and started screaming. The doctor scolded me for screaming and told me to leave and come some other day. I have anxiety and I did not go for the extraction. I brush my teeth twice now days. It pains if I bite that side, so I don't eat that side.  That tooth is bleeding sometimes if I clean it with tooth pick and it is broken little bit and has become brittle. Can I go for sedation dentistry doctor but I have breathing difficulty. Is it safe to do sedation for extraction of this deep cavity. I have attached a photo of the tooth. Inner half of tooth has the hole. Please help

Does it mean cancer since I have it more than an year? To get the biopsy, will they remove the patch? Or remove the bump? It's like skin is peeled on the top of tongue. How to get biopsy? And big bump on the side of the tongue. If it present more than an year, does it mean cancerous ? Same redness on tongue.

Actually from few days I feel my lower teeth is slightly loosen up.due to which I am afraid of loosing it. Kindly help me

Hi, my daughter is 6 years old, she has a bulge in her lower molar teeth, she has cavity there. Our doctor did an x-ray and found infection, she is taking medicine augmentin and ibugesic. Doctor suggested RCT. Please tell me what to do. Is it a painful procedure and how much time it will take to process (RCT). Please suggest. Please tell after RCT this bulge will remove. Can we postpone it for some time ? Thankyou.
