Hello.
Your symptoms point towards a TMJ disorder. I would like to know if you are experiencing a restriction in your mouth opening.
If yes, you must visit a dental clinic as soon as possible. If not, you can take some conservative measures at home such as 1) not opening mouth wide during eating, yawning and laughing; 2) warm compress on that area 3-4 times a day.
Hello
Please apply warm compress in the area
Try to do mouth opening exercises
If there is still clicking sound and pain in the area then it might be TMJ disorder
Hii please go for a opg
If mouth opening is restricted any clicking sound is there then tmj problem
Go and check if his 3 rd molar is erupted or not might be coz of impacted teeth also
