Hello. There are a few things which need to be known before going in for diagnosis of your symptoms. Firstly, do you have any supari, pan, gutkha, khaini or any other tobacco products? Does the burning sensation aggravate when you have hot or spicy food? Do you have trouble in opening your mouth?
Please do consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon to get thorough diagnosis and treatment.
