If you have such severe pain then you must get it checked and go with filling or rct whichever is required. Get your cavity checked clinically and radiographically. Your pain would not subside with just medicine
Since its already paining, you should visit a dental clinic as soon as possible for proper evaluation.
Over the counter pain killers will only provide temporary relief but treatment (most probably Root Canal Procedure) is needed for permanent cure.
Next Steps
Visit a dental clinic for examination and treatment planning.
painkillers and antibiotics only will give temporary relieve
betteer to consult nearest dentist
if the tooth is in restorable condition root canal treatment will relieve your pain.if its a badly mutilated teeth then need to be extracated
Actually pain wonât subside with tablets. Tooth is composed of enamel (outer coating), dentin (inner coating) and pulp (the nerve) Because your infection has already reached the (pulp) nerve of the tooth. As mentioned by you the cavity is deep. It needs an emergency care. Please visit near by micro endodontist for getting your microscopic root canal treatment
Health Tips
Apply clove oil or keep clove at the site (it can only give relief for some time) or else use paracetamol 600mg as u get pain maximum 3 tablets per day. Unless you get your root canal treatment, pain wonât subside k.
