Cavity in wisdom teeth
Which treatment is best and cheaper if one has to choose between tooth extraction or root canal for wisdom teeth. Also Please let me know the approximate treatment cost for both. will removal of wisdom can have any effect on overall teeth structure?

Hi..no wisdom removal has no effect on other oral structures. In fact it really helps with its extraction. Compared to root canal of wisdom tooth extraction of it is good and cheaper.

Wisdom tooth are best removed, mostly because of accessibility reasons for you to brush and for us to do any definitive treatment like root canal. They will definitely not have any effect on other teeth.

Treatment choice would depend on many factors. Usually wisdom teeth are removed because of difficult access for RCT and variable anatomy which can affect the long term prognosis of RCT. No adverse effects occur if removal is done properly by a specialist.
