I am suffeting from tooth cavities ,i brush 2 times a day but still suffer from bad breathe,give me some medical sollutions

Good morning, I have suffering from mouth ulcer from 11 days . On first day it appears as white patch with red boundary. On eighth  day white patch completely disappeared at there own . Now there is no white patch but little swelling can be seen . Kindly help me with it. Thanks

I had my root canal 2 months ago, i had my dental cap after a month from RCT, after 10 days of filling procedure, i had mild pain while biting on one edge of tooth. After dental cap, this mild pain come and go. When we touch the tooth, there is no pain. Even when i start biting, i feel pain intially, then pain goes away. It is not continuous pain, once in 2 days. What should i do? Should i wait? Since most of the days i feel good, no issues while biting.

My front incisor is an artificial one made with metal ceramic material, and with a metal post. It got loose a few weeks ago and recently came out. I want to get it fixed back and get my teeth cleaned and whitened.
