Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a white patch on your tongue that doesn't go away or remove. It's at the tip of my tongue and side of my tongue. Spicy foods and menthol cause stinging or burning sensation. I also experience dry mouth, throat, and thick phlegm. Feel a little sore under my tongue when I raise it and move the tongue. I did research on Google, but it was giving some scary answers. I am very worried. Please help . Is it possible to send a picture of the tongue?

Hello, doctor, I am suffering from chronic TMJ and experiencing a lot of pain in my jaw and ear. I am wearing a soft TMJ splint made by my maxillofacial surgeon, but even after wearing it for 2 months, I am not seeing any results. I am a NEET aspirant, so next month is my exam, but due to this immense pain, I cannot focus on my studies. Hot and cold compressions decrease the pain but only for some time. Only painkillers (NSAIDs) reduce the pain significantly. However, I have heard that NSAIDs cause kidney problems if taken for a long time. So, I want to know, is it safe to consume any painkiller for straight one month? Is there any other alternative safe medicine that I can take for reducing the pain? I don't want my exam to be affected by my pain. Please help me. Thank you.
