Can scaling help in slightly loosen teeth ? I have tartar on backside of my lower teeth and it's slightly mobile but my upper teeth has no tartar but it's also slightly moving

Teeth are slightly mobile if you try to move them, which is absolutely normal. However, the degree of movement depends on their underlying bone level and tartar does affect it.
But keeping your age in mind, it will probably be fixed by scaling.

Hi,
Scaling is a safe procedure and it does not damage the teeth. Excess amount of tarter accumulation may affect the gums and ligaments surrounding the teeth which can cause loosening of teeth. After a full mouth cleaning, this may resolve.

Accumulated calculus is the harbors microorganisms which might have lead to recession and bone loss and therefore your teeth are getting loosened . You must get scaling done and floss and brush (twice a day) . Use chlorhexidine mouth wash along with it.
