I got phylonephritis 2 years before and got treated for that and after that had continued pain throughout my right abdomen and leg. but after some months pain was gone. But on 16 Oct 2024 at midnight suddenly there was a severe pain in the lower right abdomen.Immediately did all tests including CT SCAN and MRI, all showing almost everything normal. Also did a blood test for LFT, RFT and CRP. So CRP was 28 and found total protein 5.5, albumin 2.5 , potassium 3.50, which is low.Visited multiple clinics and did multiple tests but most of them said it is muscle spasm.But now it has been 6 months and still the pain is same.Not able to find out what exactly it is. My mother is suffering from nausea whenever she try to eat or drink water, she is also suffering from loss of appetite, constipation & sudden white watery stool. Kindly suggest

I am 42 years old and have hypothyroidism and diabetes, both of which are well-controlled. However, I have been struggling with chronic constipation for many years. I exercise regularly, maintain a fiber-rich diet with fruits and vegetables, and drink enough water. Despite this, my bowel movements do not occur naturally without Softovac. I have been taking Softovac for the past two years, and it has been effective. However, if I skip it, my bowel does not function properly. I have also tried alternatives like Isabgol, Tupalac syrup, and Triphala, but they did not work for me. Additionally, my bowel movement usually occurs only in the evening. Given my dependency on Softovac, I am concerned about long-term usage. I would like to know: 1. Is it safe to continue Softovac for life? 2. Will long-term use weaken my natural bowel function? 3. Are there any alternative solutions to make my bowel work naturally? I appreciate your guidance on this matter.

Whenever I eat something, be it simple rice and bottle gourd sabji, after that my chest area feels tight and blocked and belching happens. Also my head feels heavy and breathing problem started. When air is coming through air I feel relief but for only 2 seconds. This time I also feels palpitations and my hands and feet become cold. Also it feels that gas is traveling in the back side besides my rid.i have tried lot of allopathy medicines but no help. All the test like CTS scan, endoscopy, manometry test came normal. Also my vitamin b12 is becoming low and I have to take injection to boost it. I have also lost weight . Biopsy done and it came normal.I have tried homeopathy also like Raphonus, carbo veg but no help.also this episode time I feel difficult to talk.Please help me, it actually disturbed my physical and social life. I don't drink or smoke. Please help me.
